To register as a company on Profexia, you must go to the www.profexia.be platform. Then, click on « Register » and choose « Company ».

Fill in the information requested for your registration and click on « create my account« . An email will be sent directly to you to confirm your registration and you will be able to access your account and select a subscription to create your first missions.

The platform is open to workers who exercise a professional activity as a self-employed (freelance) in very varied sectors but also to workers who work in these sectors under employment contract (salaried candidates, students or trainees).

Thanks to our Matching solution that we have designed with an algorithm combining performance and precision, you will find candidates who correspond to your mission according to the importance given to the  criteria you have selected (functions, skills, languages, soft skills, assets, experiences, types of contract, working time …)

Once you have created and validated your registration to the Profexia platform, you have access to your account from which you can complete your profile.

In the « My Account » menu of your account, you can insert your logo, complete the company’s contact details, contact details, billing details and mention your social networks.

In the « My profile » menu of your account, you can write a presentation of your company, indicate the size of your company, the average age of your employees, the turnover achieved, the date of creation of your company as well as the sector(s) of activity.

On the Profexia platform, we have a page dedicated to the presentation of companies.  For your visibility and highlight your business, it is important to complete your profile.

When candidates search this page and click on your company to view your profile, they will be able to see the number of open assignments in your company and click directly to view them.

To be able to subscribe to a subscription with Profexia, we are obliged to obtain your billing details. You will be asked automatically when you create your account.

The other information is not mandatory but, as mentioned above, for a nice presentation of your company, we strongly advise you to complete it.

Not to mention that candidates can search for assignments based on the size of a company or its sector of activity. If this information is not entered in your profile, you will not be visible in the results.

There are no rules in the ranking of companies in our directory because our system works in a totally random way.

Profexia does not take any commission on the missions carried out between the candidates and your company.

Once you’ve signed up for a subscription, you publish as many assignments as you want without any intermediaries.

When you publish a mission, it is directly visible on the platform par all candidates.  Depending on your subscription, candidates can apply directly to your missions and/or you can offer them  your missions.

Our different formulas:

+ The Pro subscription allows you to publish your missions and receive applications

+ The Corpo subscription allows you to publish your missions, access our database to consult the profiles of all our candidates and directly propose your missions

+ The Duo subscription includes the Pro subscription and the Corpo subscription

Our system allows you to be free in your recruitment process.  You can decide to receive and analyze applications or to search and propose your missions to profiles that match your criteria or choose both methods.

To contact a candidate on the Profexia platform, it depends on the subscription you have selected.

With the Pro and Duo subscription, you receive applications. When a candidate applies for your assignment, you have direct access to their private contact details (phone number and email address) to contact them.

With the Corpo and Duo subscription, you offer your missions to candidates who match your search. When an applicant accepts your proposal, you have direct access to their private contact details (phone number and email address) to contact them.

A candidate can apply for your assignment (depending on your subscription) but can never  get in touch with you directly.

You have several possibilities to find candidates. **

+ You can use our search engine by applying the filters available according to your search (on a function, a skill, a place, a category, availability, level and years of experience, type of contract, working time, languages …). You will get results and depending on your subscription, you will be able to consult the profiles and propose your missions to the candidates of your choix.

+ When you create and publish a mission, our machine analyzes all the profiles to relate them to your mission.  Depending on your subscription, you will receive directly the list of candidates who match with your mission with the possibility of offering them your mission and / or candidates are notified that a mission matches their profile with the possibility of applying for your mission.

We connect the profiles of our candidates with your missions thanks to an algorithm developed by us that combines performance and precision.

To obtain a relevant matching, certain fields in your missions as well as in the profiles of the candidates are to be specified by selecting them from a proposed list. The goal is to have the same data on both sides to analyze the same elements and put them in relation.

A percentage of matching is communicated to you per candidate accompanied by a report to be able to analyze the results in a relevant and objective way.

The Pro subscription , offers reporting for each candidate who applies for your missions. The Corpo and Duo subscription, offers reporting for all candidates present on the platform.

In the « My missions » menu of your account, you can easily follow the selection of your candidates and we notify you of the actions on your missions by email.

If a candidate is applying for a mission:

+ You receive an email to notify you that a candidate has just applied

+ You will find this candidate in « Applications received« 

+ If you accept his application, the candidate will be moved to the pre-selected candidates « To contact« 

+ If you refuse their application, the candidate will be moved to the « Archived Candidates« 

If you have proposed a mission to a candidate:

+ The candidate receives an email to warn him that he has just received a proposal

+ You will find this candidate in « Candidates approached« 

+ If the candidate is interested in your proposal, you will receive an email to notify you and he will be moved to the shortlisted candidates « To contact« 

+ If the applicant is not interested in your proposal, you will receive an email to notify you and it will be moved to the « Archived Candidates« 

If a candidate is in your shortlist:

+ Once a candidate is in your pre-selection, you have access to their private contact details (phone and email) to contact them for the rest of your recruitment process

+ You have a follow-up per candidate in which you can specify at what stage you are with this candidate and leave comments if necessary for your follow-up

When you have found the candidate for your assignment, you must mention that a contract has been signed with this candidate and close it to no longer receive applications.

Then, in the « My Missions » menu of your account, you can consult your active missions and simply close the mission concerned.

We will ask you for confirmation and inform you that all candidates concerned by this mission will receive an email to warn them that they have not been selected for this mission. They will be moved to « Unsuccessful Candidates« . You always have the possibility to contact them before doing this manipulation to inform them of your decision.
